1. What this site is

Wobblejoy (wobblejoy.com) is an independent, privately run website that hosts Circuit Forge, a free puzzle game you play in your browser. It is designed, written and maintained by one individual, Zara Ahmed, based in Queensland, Australia, and is not a company.

2. No affiliation

Wobblejoy and Circuit Forge are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any electronics or hardware maker, or to any game developer or publisher. Terms such as "resistor", "chip" and "printed circuit board" are used in their ordinary descriptive sense.

3. Use of this site

You may browse this site and play Circuit Forge for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, republish, or systematically reproduce the content or code of this site without permission, and you may not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the server it runs on.

4. The game

Circuit Forge is provided free of charge for personal entertainment. Flash Coins are an in-game score with no money value. They cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, exchanged or redeemed for anything, and no prizes of any kind are offered for playing, for scores, or for Rush Shift results.

Your progress is kept only in your own browser. It can be lost if you clear site data, use a private window or switch device, and the operator has no copy from which to restore it.

5. No transactions on this site

Wobblejoy does not sell anything, does not process payments, and does not collect data through any form — there is no form on this site. Nothing published here should be read as an offer to sell goods or services.

6. Intellectual property

The game code, board designs, artwork, sound and text on this site are the intellectual property of the site operator, unless stated otherwise.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

This site and the game are provided "as is". While reasonable care is taken to keep the game working and the information on the site accurate, no warranty is given that either is complete, current, or error-free, or that the game will run on every browser and device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this site or of the game, including the loss of saved progress. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

This site does not link to any external store, and nothing on it asks you to install or buy anything elsewhere. If an external link is ever added, Wobblejoy has no control over, and no responsibility for, the content, availability or practices of the site it points to.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any dispute arising from use of this site is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

If you have a concern about anything on this site, contact the operator directly at the e-mail address on the contact page in the first instance. Most concerns — a bug, a board that seems unfair, an accessibility problem — can be resolved directly and quickly without any formal process.
