1. Who runs this site

Wobblejoy (wobblejoy.com) is an independent, privately run games review site. It is not a company — it is operated by one individual: Zara Ahmed, 6 Gapap St, Tarragindi QLD 4121, Australia, telephone +61 7 3848 1899. 2. Scope of this notice

This notice explains what happens to information connected with a visit to wobblejoy.com. It covers the site as it actually operates today: no account system, no sign-up form, no subscription mechanism, and no advertising. It does not cover Google Play, or the games described on this site, which are operated by their own developers under their own privacy terms.

3. Information collected and its source

Wobblejoy does not run a contact form, a newsletter sign-up, or any input field anywhere on the site. The only personal information the operator receives is whatever a visitor chooses to include in an e-mail sent to the address published on the contact page — typically a name and e-mail address, plus whatever is written in the message.

Separately, Cloudflare, the content delivery network this site runs on, automatically processes limited technical information for every visitor as a normal part of serving the pages — see section 5.

4. Purpose and basis for handling this information

E-mail correspondence: used only to read and, where appropriate, respond to the message sent — for example, a query about a review, a request relating to an image, or a correction. This is handled under Australian Privacy Principle 3 (collection is limited to what is reasonably necessary for that purpose) and APP 6 (the information is used only for the purpose it was given for, unless the sender agrees otherwise).

Technical/CDN data: processed by Cloudflare to deliver the site reliably and securely, and, where the associated analytics feature is active, to show aggregate visit statistics to the site operator. This is a legitimate operational purpose under APP 3 and is never used to build an individual profile of a visitor.

5. Cloudflare and the analytics beacon

This site is served through Cloudflare. As part of that service, Cloudflare may load a small first-party analytics script (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that reports aggregate metrics — page URL, referrer, approximate load performance, browser and device category, and country derived from IP address. This script does not set a cookie and does not track visitors individually across sites. Cloudflare acts as the hosting and CDN provider for this purpose; its own privacy practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. Where Cloudflare's infrastructure involves data leaving Australia, Cloudflare's own contractual and security safeguards apply to that processing.

6. What is not collected

No account registration, no password, no payment detail, no push-notification identifier, and no advertising or tracking cookie is collected or set by this site. There is no form anywhere on wobblejoy.com, so no form-submission data exists to disclose.

7. Storage in your browser

The cookie banner on this site writes one value to your browser's local storage once you make a choice (accept or decline). That value only remembers your preference on this device; it is not a cookie in the strict sense, is never transmitted to any server, and is described in full on the cookies page.

8. Retention

E-mail correspondence is retained only as long as needed to deal with the matter raised, and is deleted once it is no longer relevant — in practice, typically within twelve months. Cloudflare's own technical logs are retained under Cloudflare's standard operational schedule, not chosen by this site's operator.

9. Recipients and disclosure

Information is not sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party for their own marketing purposes. The only outside party involved in running this site is Cloudflare, Inc., acting as hosting/CDN provider, as described in section 5. No other analytics vendor, advertising network, or data broker has access to visitor information.

10. Access, correction and complaints

Under APP 12 and APP 13 you may ask what personal information is held about you and request a correction. To do so, e-mail the address below with your request. Because this site holds so little personal information by design (see sections 3 and 6), most requests can be answered quickly.

11. Children

This site is a general games review resource and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The contact e-mail, the only channel through which personal information can reach the operator, is intended for adult use.

12. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Because no account system or database of personal information exists on the site itself, the practical security surface is limited to the e-mail account used for correspondence and to Cloudflare's own infrastructure security.

13. Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated if the site's practices change — for example, if a new feature began collecting information it does not collect today. The effective date below always reflects the current version; there is no earlier archived version published separately.
